Now that you've taken your first steps toward improving your child's orofacial function, we need to enter you into our scheduling system to ensure that you have the ability to schedule your own appointments at your convenience. This process happens manually so please be patient while we work to get you squared away as soon as possible. In the meantime, please click​ below to create your patient portal, complete your intake forms and sign all necessary documents.

​Once you've completed your portal, please give us a day or so to enter you into your scheduling system, at which point you'll receive a message confirming that you're all set and can book yourself into our schedule!
