Which insurance plans do you accept?

Through our partnership with The Lactation Network, we can currently direct-bill Aetna (NY) and United insurance plans. However, The Lactation Network is continually expanding their coverage options, so we encourage all families to verify their benefits regardless of their insurance provider.

If your plan isn't eligible for direct billing, you may still have out-of-network coverage. We'll provide you with a superbill after your visit so you can submit for reimbursement. Some families receive 100% back, while others are reimbursed at their plan's out-of-network rate.

We recommend confirming your out-of-network IBCLC coverage with your insurance company before your appointment.

Cash-Pay Pricing

As of July 1, 2025:

        Medicaid recipients: $100 off initial assessments and $45 off follow-ups. Just let us know at your appointment and we'll refund the difference.
      

We accept: HSA/FSA cards, cash, credit cards, and Afterpay.

Payment Policy

Payment in full is required at the time of booking for all initial assessments.

If you qualify for a Medicaid discount, just let us know at your appointment and we'll refund you the difference.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours (2 days) before your appointment.

More than 48 hours notice: No cancellation fee
Less than 48 hours notice: Prorated cancellation fee
Less than 24 hours notice: Full appointment fee

Need to reschedule? Reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best to find you a new time quickly.

Virtual & Home Visits

Virtual and home-based appointments are available! Please contact us to discuss pricing and availability.

Multiple Children

Twins: We offer special appointment types designed specifically for twins — just select the twins option when booking.

Children of different ages: Please schedule a separate appointment for each child. This ensures each child receives our full attention and the same high-quality care.

Students & Visiting Professionals

We're committed to training the next generation of lactation professionals. Occasionally, a visiting professional or IBCLC student may be present during your appointment.
